FAQ's

Kiska Textiles is 100% cotton, hand block printed bedding and apparel. All textiles are printed in India and manufactured (cut, sewn and shipped) in Toronto, Canada.  Since all of our textiles are hand produced, slight variations in texture, print quality and dye lots, are too be expected. Slight imperfections in the clarity is not considered to be a defect, but a result of a hand produced textiles, adding the charm and artisanal quality of our products. We will only accept returns on products with obvious manufacturing defects or stains not attributed to the printing process, (ie. mustard from the workroom's lunch party)

Orders ship within 7 business days. In the event that a product is out of stock or backordered, customers will be given the opportunity to sign up for email notification of item availability.

We never have nor never will use plastic packaging, so don't expect to receive anything in a plastic bag. Our oceans, streams, rivers, land fills and trees are already chocking on too many plastic bags, bottles, straws, crocs you name it!!!

 

Care and Laundering

Kiska Textiles products are all machine washable. Laundering on reverse (inside out) in cold water, gentle cycle with a gentle detergent is recommended . Hang to dry is always best, but if you need to machine dry, do so on low or no heat setting. This will preserve the textile and colour. If required, iron inside out on cotton setting.
