Return Policy





Returns can only be made on damaged or defective goods goods within 10 days of receipt.
Products must be in the same condition as received; unused, must not have been washed or cleaned in any way 
and must be returned in the original packaging. 
Please note dye lots and print saturations can vary. If you require a specific match please request a swatch for approval. returns can not be made based on dye lots or print variation.
Please contact us to receive an RA# prior to returning your order.
Failure to do so will result in a non refund.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. 
Return shipping costs are non-refundable. 


All returns must be shipped via United States Postal Service
or Canada Post and have a tracking number. If you choose regular mail without a tracking number and we do not receive your return, you will not receive a refund. Choosing a carrier which charges a brokerage fee, duties or taxes for goods coming into Canada from the US, will result in this amount being deducted from your refund.
Regular Post is the best method for a return.

Refunds 
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your credit card. 

Sale items 
Only regular priced items may be refunded,
unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges and credit notes
Unused, unwashed items can be returned for exchange or credit note
within 10 days of receipt.
